Stockholm Waterfront is perhaps Stockholm's most prestigious construction project. The new Congress, hotel and office property is being built between the World Trade Center and the City Hall and with the Central and Arlanda Express just beside it. When the Stockholm Waterfront will be completed in 2010, Stockholm will have a new, awaited congress hall with room for 3000 participants for local and international events. The facility will also include a hotel with 418 guest rooms, all with a view of both Riddarfjärden and Stockholm City Hall. Stockholm Waterfront also includes a prime office building of 26 000 square metres with views over both the water and the city.
